Prof Tony Penington

Tony Penington is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive experience in the field of reconstructive surgery, especially in children. He is a leading expert in the management of vascular anomalies, including haemangiomas, vascular malformations and other rare vascular lesions, as well as the related condition neurofibromatosis. He has published over one hundred scientific articles and a textbook – Local Flap Reconstruction: a Practical Approach. He is the past President of the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies.
