About Dr Amir Tadros

Dr. Amir Tadros is a highly skilled plastic surgeon with expertise in complex microsurgical reconstruction, hand surgery, and aesthetic surgery. He holds triple board certifications, having earned fellowships from:
- Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS, Plast)
- Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS, Plast)
- Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand (FESSH)
A graduate of the renowned King’s College in London, Dr. Tadros completed his plastic surgery training at Canniesburn, a globally esteemed plastic surgery hospital. He further honed his skills with a fellowship in microsurgical breast and facial reconstruction at St Thomas’ Hospital in London.
Before relocating to Australia, Dr. Tadros served as head of the plastic and neurosurgery department at ARI, one of Europe’s largest university teaching hospitals, and was an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons in London. He also led the paediatric congenital hand surgery and facial paralysis reconstruction programs at ARI, where he established a charity to support children with congenital hand differences.
Dr. Tadros has authored numerous publications and developed advanced training courses in plastic surgery. He has also completed specialised aesthetic surgery training in Southwestern Dallas and Athens.
Dr. Tadros remains dedicated to advancing innovation and pursuing his passion for plastic surgery.
He practices as a visiting medical officer (VMO) at the Masada Hospital, St Kilda, the Epworth Hospital, St Vincent’s Werribee. He is also a VMO in Barwon Health and Grampian Health public hospitals.
